How long will it take for my item(s) to be shipped?
All order sent via USPS.
All orders are given priority and shipped within 24 hours of purchase. For weekends and holidays please allow 2-3 days for order to be processed, fulfilled and sent from our facility to the post office. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been packaged. Please allow 24 hours for the post office to process your package and start tracking.
During any promotional sale, shipping time may take an additional 1-3 business days. Shipments within the U.S. range between 1-5 business days, depending on your location. International Shipments range from 1-4 weeks, depending on location.
Please note: To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We do our very best to provide you with images and size recommendations from our manufactures. However, we understand that sometimes the items just doesn’t work for our body type. We offer a 5 day exchange policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. At this time we are not doing refunds.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at info@bellabellabootik.com. If your exchange is accepted, you will need to send the time pack in your own shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. However, this is still falls under the 5 day exchange/store credit eligibility.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
